Overview

Our work with SolarWorld USA began with an urgent phone call on a Friday afternoon with a critical need—stabilizing a downed Sitecore XM site and getting their digital presence back online. Their internal developer who was unqualified to work on Sitecore, brought down the site and then quit, walking out of the building. No joke.

Once we restored functionality, we focused on long-term stability by performing multiple Sitecore upgrades, ensuring a more secure and optimized platform. As part of our ongoing improvements, we also transitioned their hosting, providing a more reliable and scalable infrastructure to support their growing business.

Beyond stabilization, we helped SolarWorld enhance its digital tools, including updating its partner portal to improve user experience. We also built an entire eCommerce site for partners, allowing them to browse and purchase products easily. To ensure ongoing performance, we performed code refactoring, optimizing the site for speed, efficiency, and maintainability. Through these efforts, we transformed SolarWorld’s web presence into a stable, scalable, and business-driven platform.
