Overview

Our collaboration with Patelco Credit Union was all about building a strong foundation for their digital future. We worked closely with their internal IT team to design an appropriate tech stack and install Sitecore across multiple environments, ensuring a smooth transition to a scalable and flexible CMS.

With Sitecore in place, we helped implement new designs, giving Patelco a fresh, modern look that improved navigation and user experience. To ensure their team could manage the platform effectively, we created training videos, empowering their marketing and content teams to update and maintain the site with confidence.

Beyond the core development work, we enhanced essential tools like search and the branch locator, improving functionality and meeting WCAG accessibility standards. One of the key aspects of this project was our co-development partnership with Patelco’s internal dev team, working side by side to ensure they could take over maintenance and ongoing development. This collaboration set Patelco up for long-term success, giving them full control over their digital platform while ensuring a seamless, member-first experience.
