Overview

Our partnership with Greater El Paso Credit Union (GECU) was focused on building a scalable and maintainable digital platform to better serve its members. We collaborated closely with their internal IT team to design the tech stack and install Sitecore XP, ensuring a strong foundation for content management. After the hosting infrastructure was in place, we helped implement new designs provided by their creative agency, modernizing the site’s look and improving navigation for a better user experience. To ensure their team could confidently manage the site, we also created training videos, giving them the resources needed for ongoing content updates and administration.

Beyond the initial launch, we enhanced tools like search and the branch locator, improving accessibility and functionality for members. Even after the transition, we continued supporting GECU by providing patches and upgrades, ensuring their Sitecore environment remained secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance. We worked hand-in-hand with their internal developers to co-develop key features, enabling them to gradually take over maintenance and future enhancements.

Our collaborative approach helped GECU establish an award-winning site while maintaining complete control over the evolution of its platform.
