We’re looking for a creative and detail-savvy Web Content Specialist to join our team! If you love writing clear, engaging content and making sure websites are filled with the right info in the right tone, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our clients, developers, and marketers to craft content that connects with our clients’ audiences and supports their goals.
From website copy to blog posts and image resizing, you’ll help bring brands to life. If you’ve got a way with words and a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to chat!
Assist with creating, maintaining, and expanding websites
Day-to-day implementation of web content
Research and troubleshoot web content issues and provide solutions
Assist web team with testing when needed
Implementation of personalized content based on user roles
Can demonstrate fluency in HTML.
Basic image editing and optimization skills.
Working knowledge of SEO
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple projects at one time.
Understanding of CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Umbraco, or Wordpress.
Good troubleshooting skills and excellent research/problem solving abilities.
Exhibits dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Takes initiative, seeks opportunities for improvement, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving. Maintains a positive approach even when challenges arise.
