Marketing Project Manager

Summary of role

We’re not actively looking to fill this role, but when we do-we seek an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in successfully managing marketing projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager would be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met; coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.

  • Collaborate with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials; liaise with sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery; communicate updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly.

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet brand standards and quality benchmarks; conduct thorough reviews of content, design, and messaging to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.


Qualifications
  • Proven 8-10-years experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
